Saleh O. AL-Atawi has gained extensive and various experience more than 28 years in the governmental sector. He worked as a legal director at the Saudi Electricity Company (1998-1986). After that he worked as the General Director of the Legal Department at King Abdul-Aziz City for Science and Technology (2001-1998). AlAtawi was then assigned as advisor to the Governor of the General Investment Authority from 2001 to 2004. He was appointed as a General Director of legal affairs and international cooperation at Saudi Food & Drugs Authority. He has participated in drafting several laws & regulations such as the Food Law and Supreme Council of Magistracy regulation.
Al-Atawi was appointed in many other legal positions during his carrier such as a vice President of the Committee for the Settlement of Disputes of the Patent law, and a member of several legal committees for preparation laws at the Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministries. He speaks both English and Arabic with native fluency and he can negotiate and draft legal documents in both languages.
Abdullah bin M. AL-Dosari has gained extensive experience of handling the legal cases over the years of practice, particularly in the field of commercial matters.
He has represented several clients before the key courts and judicial committees in Saudi Arabia. Mr. Al-Dosari started his career in the UK whilst he was completing his LLM degree. He joined Jein Solicitors as a trainee solicitor and within a very short span of time gained full confidence of his peers due to his dedication and professional commitment. He then moved to 12 Old Square Chambers after he completed his Legal Practice Course. He was actively involved in handling several cases with the legal team that appeared before the County Court at Central London and Royal Court of Justice.
Upon completion of his studies, he returned to Saudi Arabia where he joined Saudi Food & Drug Authority (SFDA) as a legal consultant. He participated with other consultants at the Bureau of experts at Ministers council in drafting the food law.
Mr. AL-Dosari was assigned as a senior legal advisor at the Royal Private Affairs of The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, His Majesty King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud before joining the law firm.
